Michael has 25+ years’ experience in the entire construction process from pre-construction to development of budgets, production schedules, management of employees and subcontractors and project execution. Under Michael’s leadership the company has experienced tremendous growth and success through their distinctive capabilities, innovative portfolio, application expertise and deep customer relationships and ties to the community by improving infrastructure, improving the tax base and creating jobs. Michael’s guidance allows the company to gain recognition for industry leadership in advanced manufacturing, operational excellence, and responsible business practices.

Vince is a Managing Member of Alessio Development Florida. Vince brings in 15+ years experience as the owner of VDR Development Group. Vince is involved in every stage of the development process, ensuring that each project is executed to perfection. Over the last 5 years VDR has encompassed builds totaling over 1,000,000 sq ft of retail, and over 50 high end residential units. His expertise has led to the development and execution of hundreds of projects ranging from single family dwellings to multi-million-dollar projects. Vince’s presence in the retail space is vast, working with several national tenants through their developments across the country.

Kyle has been in real estate since 2007 participating in over 100 single-family residential flips, the construction of several condo developments in Chicago and recently opened up The Heathers Senior Homes. The Heathers are residential style assisted living/memory care homes designed for seniors to age in more home-like settings rather than big box institutions. Kyle has also been a clinical therapist since 2001 and has always enjoyed helping people including helping people secure their financial future with investments. He has raised millions of dollars in the course of his career and enjoys the communication with investors in helping them make their hard earned money work for them with non-traditional vehicles of investment.
